We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with people and is adept at navigating various internal sites to gather information. This role will be based at the Front Desk/Receptionist area, providing a welcoming presence and support for our office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced administrative support and customer service at the front desk.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, to manage and organize information.
  • Maintain and manage network files, utilizing OneDrive for file sharing, and collaborate via Teams, OneNote, and MS Planner.
  • Handle shipping, tracking, and ordering of booth supplies efficiently.
  • Manage calendars and provide clerical support, including data entry and document management using Outlook.
  • Contribute to office culture by organizing recognition programs, lunch and learns, and office outings.
Essential Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • 3+ years of experience with network file management and sharing via OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, and MS Planner.
  • 3+ years of experience in shipping, tracking, and ordering booth supplies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Energetic, independent, influential, and collaborative spirit.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing consulting firm or professional services organization is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, OneNote, and Planner is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team player.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment

The role is based at the Front Desk/Receptionist area in our King of Prussia, PA office. The office comprises 50 assigned employees, with 15 regularly present. This is a 100% in-office position, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The environment offers opportunities for growth and personalization within the role, as all team members have the chance to become permanent employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of King of Prussia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
