Job Description
This onsite role supports the audit and compliance process for suppliers by closely monitoring purchase order notifications, coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and third-party audit companies, and ensuring adherence to the organization’s Code of Conduct. The position focuses on reviewing audit reports, tracking facility action plans, and providing clear, accurate communication and documentation to support ethical and compliant business practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor purchase order notifications from buying teams and promptly follow up with buyers, suppliers, and third-party audit companies.
- Ensure applicable suppliers are audited and held accountable to the established Code of Conduct for doing business.
- Review audit reports issued by independent third-party auditing companies and provide feedback on preliminary audit findings that may impact final results.
- Offer additional direction and clarification to auditing companies and directly to suppliers to support accurate and thorough audits.
- Track and monitor facility action plans and timetables to ensure ongoing compliance and timely completion of corrective actions.
- Initiate audits as needed, analyze audit results, and provide specific direction to third-party auditors while maintaining detailed documentation of findings.
- Communicate audit results, requirements, and follow-up actions clearly and professionally to all levels of management, buyers, suppliers, and outside audit companies.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, scanning, and managing email inbox folders related to purchase orders and audit activities.
- Use tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, AS400, and BPMS to organize, track, and report on audit and compliance information.
- Maintain high standards of grammar and clarity in email communications when responding to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on audit findings, compliance status, and process updates to both small and large audiences.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Documents with emphasis on spreadsheet functions and queries, particularly in Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs for data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience with administrative assistance and administrative support in a business environment.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage purchase order-related information.
- Experience managing an email inbox folder, including organizing, prioritizing, and responding to messages efficiently.
- Working knowledge of Excel, AS400, and BPMS for data management and process tracking.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in email communication and documentation.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interpret audit findings and recommend actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar for professional emails.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to both small and large audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role is based at a headquarters location with free parking available and access to an onsite lunch room offering affordable meal options. You will work with a super fun and collaborative team, performing primarily repetitive but meaningful compliance and audit-related tasks that require strong grammar skills for email communication with suppliers. The environment is fast-paced and office-based, using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, AS400, and BPMS to manage data and processes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Issaquah, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
