We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in Concord, New Hampshire. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at keeping schedules organized, managing logistics, and ensuring day-to-day executive operations run smoothly. The right candidate will bring strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and a detail-focused presence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and ensure appointments are aligned with business needs.
• Arrange domestic and/or business travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics for leadership team members.
• Coordinate travel details from start to finish, confirming schedules and adjusting plans as needed to support changing priorities.
• Organize executive meetings by preparing schedules, securing meeting spaces, and helping ensure all participants have needed materials.
• Serve as a key administrative partner to executives by anticipating needs, tracking commitments, and supporting daily workflow.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external contacts to support scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting planning.• Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to executives or senior leadership.
• Strong background in managing calendars and balancing multiple scheduling priorities.
• Proven ability to book and coordinate travel arrangements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting executive meetings and handling related logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
