Job Title: Product Development Technician

Location: 120 South State College Boulevard, Brea California 92821

Shift: 1st Shift M – F 7:00AM – 3:30PM

2nd Shift M – F 1:30PM – 10:00PM

Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a to support routine laboratory, testing, and technical activities in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and document technical and laboratory data.
• Prepare reports, drawings, test summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Support engineers with testing, prototypes, equipment setup, and qualifications.
• Perform routine equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Execute test protocols, handle samples/chemicals, and document results.
• Identify and communicate project issues to the manager or team lead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train junior technicians.

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 4–6 years of laboratory/technician experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 1–2 years of laboratory/R&D experience.
• Experience following written procedures in a laboratory or regulated environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills.
• Ability to perform routine technical problem-solving and testing.
