Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: 850 W Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe Arizona 85281

Shift: 1st Shift M – F 7:00AM – 4:00PM

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complaint samples.
• Perform laboratory testing according to protocols.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain the lab.
• Handle sample decontamination, storage, and disposal.
• Use calibrated laboratory equipment and measuring tools.
• Follow GLP, GDP, GMP, biosafety, and regulatory procedures.
• Identify and report unexpected test results.
• Support lab projects, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Technical writing and documentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written testing procedures.
• Hepatitis B vaccination/waiver required.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering drawing knowledge.
• Lab safety experience.
• OGP Flash 500 Smartscope experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Education and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years; medical/GMP or laboratory experience preferred
• Education: High school diploma and/or Associate degree in technical/science/math/engineering field
