School Psychologist - Longmont, CO

As a valued school psychologist, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student success both academically and emotionally.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least one year of classroom experience in an educational setting
• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or currently in process (note: cannot sign TEE)
• Ability to provide a copy of your CDE license or COOL with your application
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and consultation skills
• Comfortable working full-time hours (35 hours per week, accounting for unpaid lunch) for the full academic calendar
• Passion for supporting student development and advocating for equitable educational practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and eligibility assessments
• Deliver direct and indirect psychological services per students’ IEPs
• Serve as a key member of multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor educational interventions
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavior management support
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to design strategies for diverse learners
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences (as needed)
• Maintain thorough, accurate records in compliance with regulations
