School Occupational Therapist - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license/certification in Pennsylvania (must be current)
• Proven school-based OT experience; ability to work comfortably within a K-12 caseload
• Experience working in urban educational environments
• Must be willing to obtain Pennsylvania state clearances prior to starting
• COTAs will not be considered for this position
• Ability to provide licensure documentation during the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to individual student goals across a diverse K-12 population
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support students' access to academic and functional goals
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, progress reporting, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of services provided
