Your relevant experience and skills will be vital in:

• Delivering direct instruction tailored to each student’s IEP
• Managing caseloads and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines for IEPs
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining the full continuum of services and supports
• Communicating continuously with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and needs
• Assisting in the RtI (Response to Intervention) process as a key contributor
• Providing effective behavior management support and executing behavior intervention plans
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate student records
• Implementing accommodations and modifications in collaboration with general and specialized staff
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
• Tackling additional duties as needed to support the evolving needs of your students

To qualify, you will need:

• Current Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
• Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card—or ability to obtain and maintain one
