We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with strong setup and troubleshooting experience to produce high-quality custom tooling retainers and low-volume precision components. If you enjoy working independently, tackling complex setups, and producing one-off parts, we'd like to hear from you.
Available Shifts1st Shift Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas Vertical Mills
- Perform 4-8 machine setups daily in a custom machining environment
- Machine custom tooling retainers and low-volume production parts
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect finished components using:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Tape measures
- Other precision measuring instruments
- Machine a variety of materials, including:
- Cold-Rolled Steel
- A2 Tooling Steel
- Aluminum
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process
- 2+ years of CNC mill setup and operation experience
- Proven ability to perform machine setups and changeovers independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Ability to enter coordinates and understand basic M-Code
- Experience with SurfCAM or other CNC programming software
- Familiarity with custom machining, prototype work, or short-run manufacturing
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule
- Variety of work with custom and low-volume parts

This is a Permanent position based out of Baldwin, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $64480.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k - 50.c on the dollar up to 6%, life insurance, long, short term, supplemental life, tuition reimbursement 10 holidays per year
