Physical Therapist - School Setting in Falls Village, CT

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Connecticut
• Experience providing PT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills
• Able to independently manage workflow without PTA oversight
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide physical therapy consultations for students
• Deliver occasional one-on-one or small group PT interventions for students at HVRHS
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Adapt to a flexible schedule based on student and school needs
