We are currently recruiting for a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Project Coordinator. This is a short term contract role to provide support to a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager and Real Estate team. This assignment is focused on improving organization, document management, and administrative processes while assisting with special projects as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, managing documentation, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documentation.
- Review existing filing systems and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist with document management related to property management, lease administration, and licensing activities.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned by the Senior Real Estate Asset Manager.
- Track and manage project-related documentation, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communications and provide administrative support across multiple stakeholders.
- Assist with reporting, data management, and information tracking in Excel.
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-up activities using Outlook.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, Change Management, and Licensing teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve organization.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of administrative, project coordination, executive support, or related experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
