Special Education Teacher - Goodyear, AZ

Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Prior experience with IEP case management and implementation preferred
• Strong understanding of IDEA, state, and district regulations
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and individualized services according to student IEPs
• Oversee IEP case management and maintain accurate, timely records
• Develop and implement a full range of special education services and supports
• Consult within the RtI process to drive positive student outcomes
• Collaborate with staff to implement accommodations, modifications, and behavioral interventions
• Maintain active communication with parents and guardians, ensuring ongoing engagement
• Support safe, inclusive learning environments in your classroom
• Provide behavior management and implement intervention plans as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support student and school success
