LHH is recruiting on behalf of a confidential law firm client seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join its Irvine office. This is a newly created position supporting a collaborative team of attorneys with a primary focus on labor & employment and civil litigation matters.

LHH is recruiting on behalf of a confidential law firm client seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join its Irvine office. This is a newly created position supporting a collaborative team of attorneys with a primary focus on labor & employment and civil litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Support approximately 2-3 attorneys with litigation and administrative needs
- Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Manage court filings, calendaring, and litigation deadlines
- Draft and prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents
- Assist with motions, pleadings, discovery, and case management
- Coordinate service of process and litigation-related correspondence
- Maintain attorney calendars and provide administrative support for workplace investigations and litigation matters
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other office administration functions as needed
- Support technology-driven initiatives and process improvements within the firm
- 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience preferred
- Labor & Employment experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with state and federal e-filing procedures
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules
- Experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and related litigation materials
- Familiarity with calendaring systems and litigation deadline management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and processes
- Paralegal experience or education is a plus
