We’re hiring a Paralegal with legal collections experience (law firm—not general call-center collections). This role supports high-volume litigation, including e-filing, court scheduling, and document prep in Kentucky and Ohio.
What You’ll Do
- Draft/file complaints, affidavits, motions, exhibits
- Handle e-filing (KY & OH courts)
- Schedule hearings and manage deadlines
- Maintain case files and assist attorneys
- Edit/prepare documents using Adobe PDF
What You Need
- 2+ years paralegal experience (law firm required)
- Legal collections experience
- E-filing experience (KY preferred, OH a plus)
- Experience scheduling court hearings
- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
