Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Up to three years of related experience
• Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Private Wealth Management or Private Banking
• Knowledge of financial planning tools and analysis techniques
• Proven ability to develop prospecting strategies and pipeline management
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in financial services, particularly in client relationship management or project analysis
  

Other Requirements:

• Hybrid work arrangement, typically three days onsite at the Clayton, Missouri location
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training to develop technical and client relationship skills
• Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
