Bookkeeper

Financial Additions is searching for a bookkeeper with 2-4 years experience for an onsite role in Addison, TX. Company pays 100% of health insurance premiums for employee AND family, and offers other great perks for employee such as a 37.5 hour work week.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounting duties plus full-cycle AP, payroll, payment prep, filing, and record keeping. etc.
• Tax reporting and investment statement reconciliation
• Quarterly trustee reporting
• Set up new vendors in database and manage updates
• Onboarding new employees
• Provide support to 8-10 tenants in company-owned building.

Qualifications include:

• 2-4 years bookkeeping (or office manager with bookkeeping responsibilities)
• Organized, accurate, and comfortable working with sensitive financial information, and meeting deadlines
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Experience using Sage 50 a plus
• Some college preferred
