Experienced Commercial Lines Business Agent

As we continue to grow our Commercial Division, we're looking for a driven Insurance Professional who is ready to take the next step in their career with an agency that invests in its people.

You're an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You bring strong technical knowledge, sharp communication skills, and the initiative to make an impact — not just meet expectations. What you’ll do

• Develop new commercial business through referrals, networking, and direct prospecting
• Meet with business owners and senior executives to understand their operations and coverage needs
• Market accounts to carriers, build proposals, and close new business
• Manage renewals on your book while our Business Division service team handles day-to-day servicing

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years of commercial lines experience
• Active 2-20 Florida license
• Local to the area and able to commute to our downtown St. Petersburg office
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a comfort with technology-driven workflows
