Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a Long-Term Care Facility in Clarksburg, WV. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care, supporting residents' health and well-being, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Shifts Available
- 12-Hour Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Work Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Must be available to work Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess resident conditions, documenting changes appropriately.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond effectively to resident needs and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
