Inside Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
The Inside Sales Support Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to the sales organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and sales data within Salesforce, managing sales-related requests, tracking complex issues through resolution, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in navigating Salesforce while delivering exceptional customer and stakeholder support.
Pay & Duration
- Contract Length: 6-9 Months
- Pay Rate: $28/hour
- Position Type: Contract / Temporary Assignment
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales organization and ensure timely completion of sales support activities.
- Maintain and update customer, account, opportunity, and activity records within Salesforce.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on sales-related requests, inquiries, and issues through to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to resolve customer and account-related issues.
- Research and independently investigate customer or sales support inquiries, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across Salesforce and other internal systems.
