Job Description

This position will support the system that generates Claim benefits and estimated payments/Ded/Copay for a service to the member on their portal.
Engagement Description –
Responsible for:
- Participates in daily standup meetings and may lead discussions related to solution delivery and operational support.
- Reviewing solution requirements & testing against those requirements
- These solutions are data-driven and complex, requiring the ability to interpret business rules, validate system behavior, and support audit and compliance activities.
- Logging results and reviewing outcomes with involved teams.
- Supports issue triage, defect investigation, and coordination with business, IT, and vendor teams to analyze and resolve issues.
Required Skills/Experience –
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical areas
• Strong communicator
- Cross functional collaboration across business, IT, operational, and vendor teams.
- Clearly articulate in an individual or group conversation with the ability to lead meetings, etc.
• System testing & Documentation
- Functional, negative, and operational support etc.
- Tracking and report out on testing results and issue triaging
• Analyze & Resolve
- Understand what is being tested and apply logic to what is being returned in the results.
- Actively will raise questions, concerns, and recommendations.
- Identify themes and be able to derive patterns within the results
• Self-starter
- requires little oversight in performing responsibilities when assigned work.
Preferred Skills/Experience –
• Healthcare experience
• System related experience related to cost would be a nice to have
• Technical (acumen)
• Medical billing and coding experience would be nice to have
