We are currently seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to join our metal shop team.
- Use press brake, rollers, spot welders, rotary machines, and hand tools to fabricate sheet metal into functional parts for continued manufacturing or finished product.
- Run equipment in balancing and forming area to create functional parts for continued manufacturing or finished product. Equipment includes mills, balancer, drill press, hand drills, pneumatic tools, and flanging machine.
Expectations of the position:
- Meet company standard times and produce high quality parts.
- Willing and able to work OT as needed.
- Be willing to work on any equipment or any job in the department as requested.
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must like to work with their hands and be comfortable around machinery.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance, and team lift to 100 lbs.
- Carry out tasks issued by manager or designate.
- Comply with all safety regulations and recommendations.
- Reinforce and role model company values, including excellent customer service.
- Able to appropriately and effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Previous Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or (GED).
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience
- Preferred: 2 years’ previous fabrication, machining, and/or operation of CNC equipment (rollers, brakes, etc.) experience

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Shift availability: Day shift (required), occasional overtime available
- Work location: In person
