Marketing Manager / Stylist

As our Marketing Manager / Stylist, you'll play a key role in helping grow our business while continuing to build your own clientele behind the chair. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help execute creative marketing strategies that increase client count, guest retention, and net sales while strengthening Sport Clips' presence throughout the Shelbyville community.

Responsibilities Include:

· Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute monthly marketing initiatives focused on increasing new guest traffic, client retention, and overall net sales.

· Collaborate on creating engaging social media content that showcases our team, culture, guests, promotions, hiring efforts, and community involvement.

· Help maintain an active presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms through photos, videos, stories, and creative content.

· Represent Sport Clips at community events, festivals, school functions, sporting events, and local business expos using the Sport Clips marketing tent and promotional materials.

· Utilize Sporty, the Sport Clips mascot, to create memorable community experiences and increase brand awareness at local events.

· Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, gyms, first responders, healthcare providers, and community groups to generate referrals and increase brand visibility.

· Develop creative cross-promotional opportunities with neighboring businesses and community organizations.

· Coordinate local fundraising events, sponsorships, donation drives, and community outreach initiatives that strengthen the Sport Clips brand.

· Help plan and execute grand openings, customer appreciation events, seasonal promotions, and in-store marketing campaigns.

· Identify opportunities to increase guest frequency, referrals, retail sales, and overall store performance.

· Monitor local marketing results and recommend new ideas to continually improve traffic and sales growth.

· Serve as a positive ambassador for Sport Clips by building relationships throughout the Shelbyville community.
