Are you a dedicated early childhood professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting both children and educators? We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our team and help lead a thriving early childhood program in a dynamic, supportive environment.

As Assistant Director, you will balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on involvement in the classrooms, ensuring our center runs smoothly and continues to provide a high-quality learning experience for children. You’ll serve as a bridge between staff and the Director, modeling professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous management experience in a licensed early childhood setting (required)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A pleasant, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills with staff, families, and community partners
• A genuine passion for caring for and educating young children
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to step into the classroom when needed
• Educational qualifications: CDA, ECE degree, or relevant certification
• CPR/First Aid Certification, TB test, and all state-required trainings
• Ability to work any shift between 8:15 am – 5:00 pm
• Commitment to maintaining licensing standards and required professional development hours
