We are looking for motivated, professional, and personable Commission-Based Sales Representatives to help us grow our plumbing business.

Commission Structure

• 20% commission on jobs from new customers you bring in.
• 10% commission on jobs from returning customers whose lead you originally brought to the company.
• No complicated commission structure — you bring the lead, you get paid!

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Motivated and self-driven
• Comfortable talking with homeowners and customers
• Strong ability to build relationships and generate leads
• Reliable and professional
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to succeed are just as important
