CNC Swiss Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order(s)
• Set up and adjust machines for different jobs
• Proving out programs/assisting with programming (at machine or offline)
• Ensuring quality control making sure inspection/checks are complete for all finished parts
• Perform routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Heavily focused in high production machining

Requirements:

• Experience as a Swiss style CNC Machine Operator or relevant training*
• Prior experience running or troubleshooting Swiss CNC machines (any experience with Hanwa is great)*
• Experience in programming at the machine/offline is a plus, but not required*

* Willing to train those with desire to learn.

• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and takes ownership of task and follows through on commitments
• Willingness to learn/continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities
