Pay Rate: $59/hr on W2
Experience: Strong FP&A + Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM

Role Summary

Looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong FP&A/Finance experience and hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM experience. The candidate will work between Finance business teams and Technology teams to gather requirements, improve financial planning systems, support testing, and manage EPM configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Owners, Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support and improve FP&A and financial planning processes.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, including dimensions, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security, and data loads.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
  • Support Oracle EPM job runs, integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.
  • Create process documentation, test scripts, and user documentation.
  • Support change management, user adoption, training, and post-implementation activities.
  • Perform data analysis, root-cause analysis, scenario analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, QA, and Product teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Business Systems Analyst experience
  • Strong FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis background
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
  • Oracle EPM configuration experience
  • Requirements gathering & user stories
  • UAT / testing / defect management
  • Finance process and data analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
