Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately document findings
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computer-related automotive issues
- Execute repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine preventive maintenance services
- Utilize diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and shop equipment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
