Job Summary:

In this driver role, you will operate a Tractor to many different routes, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight to various destinations. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, logistics cargo handling, and adherence to safety regulations will keep our operations running smoothly.

What We Offer:

$2k sigh on bonus after completing 6 months with the company and will be divided into 10 payments every month going forward till reaching $2k.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate tractor-trailers on OTR routes, Port and local deliveries ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
• Plan routes using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency across long-distance routes
• Live Loads.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in accordance with FMCSA regulations
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols related to any oversized loads.

Driver Qualifications
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of driving experience
• Knowledge of truck loading and unloading procedures, including freight handling for trailers, flatbeds.
• Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, safety standards for commercial trucking
• Ability to manually handle cargo safely and efficiently during load & unload processes
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence
