PrideStaff is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers on behalf of a premier technology distribution company located in Newnan, GA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in accuracy and quality, this is a great opportunity to join a growing distribution operation with the potential for long-term employment!

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) & 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products and customer orders according to established procedures and shipping requirements.
• Verify items, quantities, and product condition before packing orders for shipment.
• Select appropriate boxes, packaging materials, and protective materials to ensure products are properly secured.
• Label, seal, and prepare completed packages for shipment.
• Inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting daily packing and order fulfillment goals.
• Assist with sorting, staging, and other general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous packing, warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred, but candidates with a strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Attention to Detail: Must be able to accurately verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping information.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 35–50 lbs. throughout the shift as needed.
• Productivity: Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment.
• Skills: Dependable attendance, basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Pre-Employment: Must be willing to complete a standard background check, drug screen, and E-Verify process.
