Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our San Antonio team. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, good computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience handling inbound and outbound materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and equipment
- Prepare, stage, and load materials for outgoing orders and job sites
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Enter material receipts, transfers, and other information into computer systems
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery
- Perform local deliveries and material pickups as needed
- Verify quantities and materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery tickets
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts and identify missing or damaged materials
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Coordinate with project teams and office personnel regarding material needs
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to use inventory or warehouse management systems
- Ability to safely lift and carry 30–50+ lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
