Compensation & benefits

Base $50K+ uncapped commission; target $15K within your first year. Full benefits: medical, dental, vision; PTO + paid holidays; retirement plan with company contribution/profit sharing (per plan rules). Travel within your market and receive monthly mileage reimbursement. Company laptop and other expenses reimbursed.

About the role

Summit Careers is hiring an early-career Sales Executive to grow a defined territory. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and close new business for our services, owning a quota and pipeline while using consultative selling to deliver measurable revenue growth.

What you’ll do

• Drive outbound prospecting using calls, email, LinkedIn, networking to book meetings and create qualified pipeline.
• Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and negotiate to close deals within a 30–60 day sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
• Represent Summit ethically and professionally; build long-term relationships that lead to expansion and referrals.
