Sales Associate

Wheelhouse Cannabis dispensary in Venice is looking for a sales associate/budtender.

Open availability is required to be considered for this role.

Qualifications:

-Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

-Minimum one year experience required in a retail setting.

-Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service.
-Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.

-Proficiency with basic computer operations and hands-on experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

-Previous experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
-Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is advantageous.

Duties:

- Interpret customers' needs and wants and translate that into the best product for them.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments to assist in daily operations.
- Perform various tasks, including sales in the store, Online order fulfillment and providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
- Support departments as needed in the shop and be versatile to learn all operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and operational strategies.
