Graze Craze Winter Park is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative person to join our team!

We’re not your typical food-service job. At Graze Craze, we create beautiful charcuterie boards, grazing tables, catering experiences, and gifts for everything from date nights and birthdays to weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations throughout the Orlando area.

Every day is a little different—and that’s exactly what makes working here fun.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll help bring the Graze Craze experience to life. Your day may include:

• Creating beautiful charcuterie boards, boxes, and catering orders
• Preparing and portioning meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Helping prepare large catering and event orders
• Assisting with grazing tables, events, and special projects
• Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
• Taking and organizing customer orders
• Keeping our kitchen, prep areas, and storefront clean and organized
• Restocking products and preparing for upcoming orders
• Working alongside a small team to make sure every order leaves the store looking amazing

No charcuterie experience? That’s okay! We can teach you how to build a beautiful board. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

We’re a small team, so reliability and teamwork are extremely important to us. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the business—not someone who simply wants to clock in and count down the hours.

The Opportunity

This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time as you become trained and our business continues to grow.

For the right person, there is also room to learn more about catering, events, customer service, operations, inventory, sales, and other areas of the business.
