Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, professional, and compassionate driver to transport clients safely and on time. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, communicates well, and understands the importance of treating every client with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities • Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments and facilities. • Assist clients with wheelchairs and stretchers as required and within training. • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle at all times. • Complete required trip logs and transportation documentation accurately. • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, facilities, and dispatch. • Follow company safety procedures and transportation policies. • Arrive on time and provide dependable service for scheduled trips. Qualifications • Valid Virginia driver's license and acceptable driving record. • Ability to pass required background and drug screening. • Strong communication and customer-service skills. • Dependable, punctual, patient, and compassionate. • Ability to safely assist clients with mobility needs. • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Compensation & Benefits • Starting pay: $18 per hour • 90-day performance review with opportunity for a pay increase. • Flexible scheduling. • Paid training.
