Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will

• Monitor, confirm, and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.
• Oversee activities, processes, and procedures for all warehouse activities.
• Assign workloads and daily tasks to warehouse workers.
• Communicate with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems.
• Enter and monitor all transactions for accuracy in ERP system (Power Central: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
• Ensure inventory is accurate at all times.
• Ensure that the Warehouse is clean and maintained at all times.
• Ensure human and food safety and quality procedures are being followed.
• Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to Management on a regular basis.
• Assist Order Management with 3PL carriers for shipments.
• Coordinate internal movements of all materials to and from Staging, Storage, and Production.
• Assist Order Management to conduct routine inventory management operations (verifying products are stored or staged in designated areas, FEFO is followed, Allergen Control SOP is followed, etc.
• Maintain appropriate and accurate records and logs required for daily receipts and shipments.
• Complete any additional tasks as requested by Management, even if that task is not listed as a direct responsibility.
• Good communication (written, telephone, & verbal) and documentation skills
• MS Office, email, and calendar use a MUST
• First shift, full-time, on-site
