Smile 4 Less Orthodontics is looking for a positive and personable Front Desk Receptionist to

join our team on the Westside of El Paso.

What You'll Do

Our front desk team is the first and last impression our patients have with our office. You will play an important role in providing an exceptional patient experience while keeping our front office organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

  • Warmly greeting and checking patients in and out.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments.
  • Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
  • Collecting patient payments and assisting with financial questions.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information.
  • Communicating with patients and parents regarding appointments, treatment, and office policies.
  • Managing the daily front desk flow and helping keep the schedule running efficiently.
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure excellent communication.
  • Assisting with patient follow-up and appointment reminders.
  • Handling general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to every patient and family.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office.
  • Helping create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for our patients and team.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
  • A strong team player with excellent people skills.
  • Comfortable answering phones and communicating with patients in person.
  • Comfortable discussing insurance and financial information with patients.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
  • Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Previous front desk, medical, dental, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.
