Job Description

Location:
Port St. Lucie, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Port St. Lucie. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations—engaging directly with prospective and current clients, optimizing communication workflows, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience from first contact onward. This is a high-visibility position for someone who thrives on organization, genuinely enjoys connecting with people, and knows how to make a CRM system work smarter, not harder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Management:
Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding product details, specifications, and pricing, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's professionalism and responsiveness.

  • CRM Ownership:
Serve as a power user of our CRM system—accurately logging interactions, updating contact and deal records in real time, and ensuring the sales team always has clean, reliable data to work from.

  • CRM Automation & Optimization:
Build, refine, and maintain automated workflows within the CRM (e.g., follow-up sequences, lead routing, task reminders, pipeline stage triggers) to reduce manual work and keep no lead or client falling through the cracks.

  • Workflow & Communication:
Create, implement, and maintain effective email response templates and sequences to streamline and standardize customer communication.

  • Customer Journey Tracking:
Monitor and map client touchpoints across the entire sales cycle within the CRM, ensuring all customer needs are consistently identified, tracked, and met.

  • Pipeline Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative coordination, data entry, order processing, and reporting on pipeline health and activity metrics as needed.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM data and communication workflows support broader business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • CRM Proficiency (Required):
Demonstrated hands-on experience navigating, updating, and maintaining Customer Relationship Management software daily—this is a core, non-negotiable function of the role, not a nice-to-have.

  • CRM Automation Experience:
Prior experience configuring or setting up automations within a CRM platform (such as automated email sequences, workflow triggers, task assignments, or lead scoring) is strongly preferred and will set candidates apart.

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with genuinely strong interpersonal skills—someone who builds rapport easily, listens well, and maintains a professional, customer-first tone in every interaction.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized:
Comfortable managing multiple client touchpoints, records, and follow-ups simultaneously without letting details slip.

  • Tech-Savvy:
High comfort level learning and operating modern business software, email platforms, and digital tools beyond the CRM.

  • Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Location:
Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site at our Port St. Lucie office Monday through Friday.
