As we prepare to open our new, locally owned rooms, Escapology Fresno is seeking Game Master’s to join our team in various schedules. The Game Master will serve as a key part of the guest experience by welcoming and engaging players, explaining and monitoring games, resetting rooms between groups, handling the technical side of game mastering through a computer, and helping with general venue operations. The role may also require managing several games at the same time, and we will provide paid training and mentorship. There is room for growth in this position as many of our Game Masters’s move into management.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Explain game rules and set the stage for an engaging guest experience.
- Monitor and guide guests through playing an escape game.
- Reset games after they have been played.
- Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
- Upsell games and merchandise to guests.
- Deliver excellent and professional customer service experience.
- Maintain safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize the area in and around venue to high standards.
Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
- Flexibility with scheduling including weekends, night shifts, and holidays required.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.
- Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Ability to multitask and manage high pressure situations.
- Proactive, initiative-taking approach.
- A team-oriented attitude.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
