Warehouse Clerk
Location: South Holland, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour- 30 mins lunch (unpaid) and two 10 min breaks (paid)- Merit raises are available based on performance and how quickly processes are learned.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift - 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp to hire
Requirements: Resume/Interview/Authorized to work in the U.S.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for preparing, handling, and shipping products efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple facilities as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Shrink wrapping products and pallets
- Loading and unloading shipments
- Assisting with inventory setup and organization
- Receiving incoming materials and shipments
- Shipping finished products accurately and safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn warehouse processes quickly
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
