About the Position
Quality Tube USA is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our manufacturing operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring production and plant departments have the materials, parts, tools, and supplies needed to maintain safe and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
- Issue materials, parts, tools, and consumables to production and other plant departments.
- Receive, organize, identify, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Maintain warehouse organization and participate in 5S activities.
- Properly document incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintain material issue slips, warehouse withdrawal forms, and other warehouse documentation.
- Control and monitor tools issued to plant personnel.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of materials and supplies.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
- Process material consumption transactions in the ERP system (SAP).
- Maintain property and asset control records.
- Provide professional and effective service to internal warehouse customers and plant personnel.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and plant operations.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Previous experience with inventory control preferred.
- Previous experience with 5S methodology preferred.
- Experience using measuring equipment is a plus.
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
- SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and proactive.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Physical & Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing and warehouse environment and requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The position may require:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, reaching, and other movements associated with warehouse operations.
- Handling and moving materials, tools, parts, and supplies.
- Operating material-handling equipment as authorized and trained.
- Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Following all applicable safety procedures and requirements.
