Retail Shift Leader & Sales associates

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying busy, and taking pride in a well-run store. Customer service is always the top priority—but you’ll also be hands-on with daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Stock shelves, receive and organize merchandise, and assist with ordering inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed

• Multitask throughout the day while keeping customer needs front and center

• Support team members and contribute to smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Ability to lift boxes and perform physical tasks as needed

• Cash handling or register experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
