Residential Sales Associate

We are seeking motivated, competitive, and hardworking individuals to join our sales team as Residential Sales Associates. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, promoting our fiber services through door-to-door interactions and contributing to the growth of our client base. You will operate within a dynamic sales team, participate in regular meetings, and occasionally travel within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through door-to-door interactions
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships
• Effectively close sales to achieve individual and team targets
• Participate in weekly sales reporting and morning meetings
• Attend monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Collaborate with sales team members to maximize performance
• Travel locally as needed to support sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential sales
