Bartender Server

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic, experienced Fine Dining Bartenders & Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring a remarkable and memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be required to learn and be knowledgeable of our full menu, have basic wine and spirits knowledge, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with various tasks to support dining room and bar service needs. We work in a tip pooled house making for a great team atmosphere where all of our Service staff share in the experience. Minimum of 3 years of fine dining table service experience is required.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Learn food menu, wine, spirit and beverage options to guide guest choices.
• Take food and drink orders accurately. Enter food and drink orders into the POS system accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with dining room preparation, polish glassware and flatware, ensure table details, handle table linens and cloth napkins with care.
• Upsell menu items and fresh features to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Clear tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
• Manage cash & charge transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling tips.
• Maintain an organized work area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling practices to ensure guest safety.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts.
• Experience with cloud based POS system (will be trained)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen staff as needed.
• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Wine and alcoholic beverage knowledge and basic food knowledge are required
