Automobile Technician

We are seeking a full-time Automobile Technician skilled in light and medium duty repairs, drivetrain work, and general vehicle diagnostics. This role primarily involves independent work on local light and medium duty vehicles, including specialty vehicles. Our shop hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, with all major holidays off. Compensation depends on experience and your tool ownership status, using both standard and advanced diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical issues
• Conduct drivetrain repairs and maintenance
• Handle light and medium duty vehicle repairs
• Maintain and repair engines and brake systems
• Repair electrical systems within vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automobile repair
• Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and drivetrain repair
• Experienced with brake systems, engine repair, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management skills
