BANQUET EVENT STAFF

Job Description

We’re looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our banquet team and help provide exceptional service during weddings, private events, and special occasions. Banquet Event Staff may assist with plated meal service, food running, event setup and breakdown, and keeping events running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a fun, team-focused environment where everyone works together to create a great guest experience. Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

· Serve plated meals to guests during weddings and events

· Deliver plated meals from the kitchen to event servers

· Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, and ceremony seating

· Set, clear, and reset tables throughout service

· Help reset rooms between ceremony and reception

· Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas

· Assist guests with dining-related needs

· Assist with event breakdown and cleanup

· Work closely with event managers, servers, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly

· Support the team wherever needed throughout events

Requirements

· Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred

· Friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods and stay active throughout shifts

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Evening and weekend availability required
