Job Title: Sr Project Coordinator

Position Summary:
Anistar is seeking an experienced Sr Project Coordinators to provide assistance with the operations staff as well as customers and technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will have day to day contact with customers, technicians, and other members of staff
• Making outbound and taking incoming calls
• Will be on the phones as well as entering info on computer (Microsoft Office and Excel)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working with operations staff in a team based/fast paced environment
• Occasional weekend work but typically M-F 7-4pm

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 3+ years of project coordination experience
• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have experience in low voltage settings either installing or servicing equipment
• Google Solutions, Jobber, and exp with Comcast tickets are preferred
