Landscape Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction crews on swimming pool installation and renovation projects.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Perform and oversee tasks including steel wall installation, concrete and vermiculite placement, finishing work, and site preparation.
• Operate construction equipment and ensure proper use of tools and materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and ensure quality workmanship throughout each project.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management regarding project progress.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading construction crews or field teams.
• Experience operating construction equipment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
