Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our team at a chemical manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility, including offices, restrooms, break areas, and other designated areas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Help keep work areas clean, orderly, and free of debris.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment.
• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to management.
• Perform other general cleaning and facility support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, industrial cleaning, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to safely work in and around a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
