Inside Sales (Upscale Retail/Mandeville)

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Sat 9am-1pm

$18.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in finding products, and provide detailed information to assist in purchasing decisions.
• Sales & Promotion: Achieve daily/monthly sales targets by using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Transactions: Efficiently process cash and card payments, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Merchandising & Maintenance: Restock inventory, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, current promotions, and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, basic mathematical abilities for cash handling, and proficiency with POS systems.
• Attributes: Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
