Warehouse Associate Forklift

We're looking for a hands-on, hardworking Warehouse Picker/Loader to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role ideal for someone who thrives on movement, stays sharp on their feet, and takes pride in getting the job done right — every shift, every load.

What You'll Do

• Manually pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks/trailers using a forklift and manual methods
• Lift, carry, and move product weighing 50 lbs or more, repeatedly throughout the shift
• Operate a forklift safely to move pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What You Need

• Valid forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Ability to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the full shift
• Strong, demonstrated work ethic — someone who shows up, works hard, and takes ownership of the job
• Stable job tenure/history — we're looking for someone ready to commit and grow with our team long-term
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/reading skills for order accuracy
• Previous warehouse/picking experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements
This is a physically intensive role involving constant standing, walking, bending, and lifting 50 lbs or more on a repeated basis throughout the shift, along with pushing, pulling, and climbing on/off equipment. Candidates should be prepared for an active, hands-on workday.
